As I get closer to the start of 2020 and loving my new life I will be creating, I’m getting excited about the possibilities.
I believe that our life can be anything we want it to be. I’ve created an amazing life for myself so far and now I’m really getting excited to see what it will be like alcohol free!
I know I will have lots of time on my hands and that’s exactly what I will need in order to accomplish all the things I’m looking forward to.
I want to really be transparent here on my blog and feel like I can share the darkest things I wouldn’t be comfortable sharing with my friends. Especially when it comes to drinking and my weight.
I will be on a journey to better my health by not drinking alcohol, exercising and eating healthy Whole Foods. I plan to document some of my weigh-ins, measurement changes, food choices/meal plans and exercise routines/logs.
I know what to do– I just have not been doing it. I’ve been drinking. When I drink I don’t exercise and I don’t eat healthy foods. I just drink and work. And I do those things very well! I worked all weekend, helping my team of agents get contracts done this weekend before Christmas. And every evening by 4 or 5, I started drinking my wines and smoking my cigarettes (which I only do when I drink!) and I drank at least 5 bottles of wine over the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). So, I’m definitely “good” at drinking , if there was such a thing!
My weight is at its max at about 189 pounds and I intend to lose 40 pounds in 2020. This, along with being sober and painting daily are my biggest personal goals.
I am excited to become good at being my authentic self, which I’ve always felt was very fit and athletic, wholistic and artistic.
2020 is going to be amazing and I’m not going to give up this time. I’m all-in for massive life improvements for 2020.
