The unexpected joy of being sober by Catherine Gray. It literally changed my life .. it was the catalyst to my finally making the biggest shift ever and giving up alcohol. I still refer back to chapters now. It helped me understand different things, why I’d been feeling like I had, why I’d been behaving certain ways and what I could do to support myself. I thoroughly recommend it.
