Giving the power to my Kids – what’s your BIG WHY?

If I knew then what I know now… something we’ve heard a million times for sure! But, I really think our kids can be given so much power. So much knowledge and confidence. I wish my parents had given me more confidence and internal belief in myself. Honestly, I think it took me 50 years

Yesterday was a hard day topped with crazy dreams!

My 16 year old son got into a lot of trouble at the end of 2019. This lead to me increasing my drinking and to me smoking almost a pack a day of cigarettes (I was formerly a “social smoker).” We found him smoking pot and sneaking out at the beginning of his 10th grade
